Are You Tired of Unfair Marketing Plans?

99% of all MLM Company Marketing Plans are designed around "Smoke and Mirrors" with two basic criteria.

1) These Marketing Plans look great, and give a potential distributor the impression that they are extremely lucrative.

2) These Marketing Plans actually pay out as little as possible to distributors.

Lets take a quick look at how this works.

Most MLM companies have marketing plans that purport to payout between 65% and 75% and those high levels of payouts sure do sound impressive.

They are also TOTAL BS!

Here is a perfect example of the average "Smoke and Mirrors" Marketing Plan that supposedly pays out 75%.

Or does it?????

Look at this chart, then read the explanation below.

Title. Distributor. Silver Recruiter. Gold Recruiter. Diamond Recruiter. Perl Recruiter. Super Dooper Recruiter.

Now, if you think that this is a great marketing plan that is going to pay you 75% of all the sales volume your downline produces, you REALLY should pay VERY careful attention to what we are going to explain here.

This marketing plan is fairly average for the industry and actually pays the average distributor (90% of them) ONLY 15.75%.

Another 6% of the "Lucky" distributors in this company (The Silver Recruiters) would earn a whopping 18.375%.

If you were one of the 2 or 3 "Super Dooper Recruiters" in this company, you would earn the top payout of 75%..........Right?

WRONG!!!!

NO ONE earns the stated 75% due to the "qualifying personal volume" requirement.

So, what on earth is "qualifying personal volume"?

Qualifying personal volume is also known as "Commissionable" or "Bonusable" Volume and this is the second way that companies minimize their payouts to distributors.

What this term means is that if you purchase a product for $100.00, that product is not actually worth $100.00 in bonusable volume.

It will be only worth between $70.00 and $75.00 in bonusable volume in most companies.

So, if it is worth $75.00 then the actual maximum bonus paid on a $100.00 purchase is not 70% of $100.00, it is actually 75% of $70.00 which is 52.5%.

You may now ask................"WHY do they do this, as this is totally dishonest?"

Simple.............a 75% payout looks a heck of a lot more attractive on a website than a 52.5% payout!

To put it rather bluntly.........these marketing plans are specifically designed to screw most distributors out of the bulk of their bonuses.

If, under this MP, you personally sponsored 2 distributors and those distributors were sponsoring machines who each built 100,000 member downlines you would earn virtually NOTHING as you would only be paid on levels 1,2 and 3.

Are you starting to see how these Smoke and Mirror marketing plans work?
