Is this legal, moral and ethical?
Absolutely. Greenwood has BBB, iCop and other positive certifications. It has in six years of operation been subject to no unresolved complaints. No recruiting is required for a member to have substantial pricing advantages. Greenwood does not present itself as a get-rich program, though its compensation plan is indeed lucrative. Actual income depends on the effort of those who elect to share Greenwood with others. Company income is derived solely from the sale of products. There is no compensation whatsoever for simply recruiting. Members may, at their own option, purchase products for personal use or resale even if they choose not to introduce Greenwood Health Systems, Inc. to others.

Why aren't people from other countries allowed to join? On the registration page it says open to USA only.
Our Dream Team as a condition of partnership obtained an exception in that our affiliates can join as Executive Members from anywhere in the world. There are some limitations on product delivery which are stated in the back office on member Greenwood sites.

Does paying 1% at a level 6 and level seven cut it?
A careful analysis of the compensation plan should give STA affiliates confidence that if we grow as we are able to anticipate, the compensation from all ten levels (the 10th pays 10 percent) can be considerable. Our Dream Team intends to make this partnership, and its operation within Greenwood Health, a textbook example of the helping spirit of STA. This means that, in addition to excellent compensation included in the Greenwood plan, we will be helping maximize income by automatically placing new members who enroll here in order in the organizations of Executive and Health Care Professional members in our group.
 

Are you saying that those who are on levels 1-8, will just need to order $40 a month and those on the 9th & 10th levels will have to order $100 per month to get paid? How do we know what level we are on? How do I know who my sponsor is? Is all of this information in our back offices?
Yes. The basic qualification to receive all bonuses is $40 a month.

The qualification to receive the 9th and 10th level bonuses is $100.

Your levels will begin with you, in terms of your back office Genealogy and will be specified so that you know exactly what you are doing and what those you have introduced or who the Dream Team has placed in your organization are doing.

I am not getting any mail from GHS. What gives?
Greenwood Health Systems uses two separate mailing lists, and both are double opt-in -- you have to apply and then confirm your subscription.

The first list is for general product and nutritional news and it contains NOTHING regarding our marketing plan or any other marketing related information. The second list is for those members who are interested in GHS as a business and who want to be kept up to date on all aspects of marketing. You are welcome to join either or both lists, and if you do not join either list you will NEVER receive ANY updates from GHS. To join the first General Information list send a BLANK email with the word SUBSCRIBE (and NOTHING else) as the subject to mul@greenwoodhealth.com To join the second Marketing Information list send a BLANK email with the word SUBSCRIBE (and NOTHING else) as the subject to ghsupdate@greenwoodhealth.com Once you have done that, you will receive an email from each list that you must reply to for your subscription to be confirmed.

Can I sponsor fellow Canadians into this who are not STA members?
You can sponsor Canadians or any other non-US member who joins at the Executive level. This is exclusive to our Dream Team group and there is no requirement that the person be in STA, though we naturally hope to interest all people in our opportunity.

What products are available to us here in Canada?
All products are available with the exception of the following: Cardio Arginine, M-Water, Botanical Miracle and Bath and Rock Salt because of their weight.

I see STA is sponsoring in a straight line after the first 155. When the 10th level hits the 125, is STA going to be going back up and placing more in the upper ranks or continue working downward?
We will do both. Our objective is to reduce expenses for every Executive and Health Care member and every Member who upgrades to the Executive level. Our mantra, after we achieve our initial goal, will be to ensure that all who are Executive Members of HCP's (Health Care Professionals) receive members in their front lines as they enroll at the STA, LLC site. We intend to fine tune this process on the basis of estimates of how savings or eventually profit can be distributed evenly. Members who develop their own front lines and have profitable businesses will continue to receive consideration in this process.

Why are we not given much info on sponsoring tools available to us as members?
Executive members get both promotional and product-focused websites and there is a continual addition of tools by the company. The most useful for serious marketer is free business builder leads. The plethora of aids existing and under development, and highly-valuable marketing advice, is found in your back office. The most salient advice is to seek business builders. Our Dream Team members receive branded sites like this one as well other informational and promotional sites.

What is included in the "kit" for the $149 executive membership?
A "Digital Product Package" that gives you a personalized web site for each product. A lead generating site. Company sponsored members placed on the front lines of working executive members. An opportunity to qualify for a luxury car. And other current and planned advantages. Probably the most valuable element is the flow of free business builder leads available to marketers who wish to use them.

I see there are people placed in my organization. Should I welcome them? What should I do?
Even though we send personal welcomes to all enrollees, when they are placed under you, YOU are their sponsor. You are the one who earns the most from their involvement. Definitely send them a friendly welcome.

Also when you have someone in your organization and they are ordering products, you should maintain your own $40 a month order if you wish to receive bonuses. Besides welcoming and ordering, you should be familiar with the Greenwood sites and have the urls of your special product sites handy to address the needs of your sponsorees.

Finally there is no substitute for your own use of the products and your own conviction of their value to you.
